- Active listening, problem-solving, de-escalation, clear communication (written and verbal), and handling sensitive customer information.
You're ready to move on when
- You're excellent at helping people, even when they're frustrated or confused.
- You can explain complex information simply and clearly.
- You've handled confidential information and understand the importance of discretion.

HR Internship / Work Experience
6-12 monthsSkills to master
- Basic HR admin, understanding HR policies, using HR systems, and supporting HR projects.
You're ready to move on when
- You've already had a taste of HR and know it's what you want to do.
- You've demonstrated a strong grasp of HR fundamentals during your placement.
- You've made a positive impression and received good feedback from your supervisors.
