- Receiving positive feedback on your ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Successfully leading small projects or initiatives within the global mobility function.

- Deep understanding of business unit needs, strong employee relations experience, ability to influence senior leaders, and a broad understanding of HR functions beyond just recruitment. You'll need to show you can connect HR strategy to business outcomes.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully partnering with business leaders on talent strategies and organisational changes.
- Demonstrating strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business's P&L.
- Leading complex employee relations cases or change management initiatives.
- Having a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders on HR matters.

Immigration Consultant / Manager at a Law Firm
5-8 years in a consulting/law firm environmentSkills to master
- Expertise in a specific region's immigration law, client management, and managing a caseload of diverse clients. You'll need to show you can transition from an advisory role to an in-house leadership position, focusing on programme ownership and team development.
