- Achieved strong academic results in relevant modules.
- Completed relevant internships or work placements.

AAT Qualified / Junior Accountant
1-2 years in a general accounting roleSkills to master
- Practical bookkeeping, month-end close processes, data reconciliation, basic financial reporting, strong organisational skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed AAT Level 4 or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle NetSuite).
- Expressed a clear interest in specialising in tax and a willingness to learn.

Tax Internship Conversion
Directly into role after successful internshipSkills to master
- Specific tax software familiarity, internal tax processes, team collaboration, ability to take on feedback.
You're ready to move on when
- Received excellent feedback during a prior tax internship with us or a similar firm.
- Demonstrated quick learning and a strong work ethic during the internship.
- Proactively sought out additional tax-related tasks and showed initiative.
