You're ready to move on when
- Managed a team of 10+ associates with excellent safety and productivity records.
- Successfully handled a major operational challenge (e.g., peak season, system outage) with minimal disruption.
- Proactively identified and implemented process improvements that generated measurable savings or service improvements.
- Demonstrated strong leadership potential and a desire to take on broader responsibilities.

8-10 years in consultingSkills to master
