- Clear evidence of achieving team-level KPIs (e.g., service level, attrition) in previous roles.
- Strong references from previous managers regarding leadership and coaching abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
- A clear understanding of contact centre dynamics and challenges.
