Team Leader / Senior Agent (Customer Service)
0-2 years (after agent experience)Skills to master
- Basic coaching and feedback delivery, performance management, understanding of team metrics, ability to lead small huddles or training refreshers.
You're ready to move on when
- Has experience leading team meetings or daily briefings.
- Provides informal coaching to struggling agents.
- Identifies and addresses common knowledge gaps within their team.
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential and a desire to develop others.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Expertise in a specific product, process, or customer segment, ability to articulate complex information clearly, often involved in documenting processes.

- Is the recognised expert for a particular product or policy.
- Regularly contributes to knowledge base articles or internal FAQs.
- Is often consulted by other teams for their specialised knowledge.
- Enjoys breaking down complex topics for others.
