Experienced Customer Service Agent / Senior Agent
2-4 years as an agent, with some informal coaching or mentoring experience.Skills to master
- Deep product knowledge, excellent customer handling skills, basic coaching/mentoring of new hires, ability to explain complex issues simply.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently high performance metrics (CSAT, FCR).
- Often asked by peers for help or advice.
- Volunteers to help with new hire shadowing or onboarding.
- Demonstrates patience and a knack for explaining things clearly to others.
- Proactively identifies areas where agents struggle and suggests solutions.

Team Leader / Supervisor (Customer Service)
1-3 years as a Team Leader, with significant experience in coaching and performance management.Skills to master
- Formal coaching skills, performance management, understanding of team-level metrics, ability to identify training needs across a group, experience leading team meetings.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong track record of improving agent performance through coaching.
- Experience delivering team briefings or training on new processes/products.
- A clear passion for developing people, not just managing them.
- Understands the operational challenges of a contact centre.
- Can articulate how training impacts overall team success.

Junior Learning & Development Coordinator (Internal)
1-2 years in an L&D support role, perhaps assisting with content creation or logistics.Skills to master
- Familiarity with LMS, basic content authoring tools, understanding of L&D processes, strong organisational skills, exposure to instructional design principles.
You're ready to move on when
- Has assisted in the creation or update of training materials.
- Understands the end-to-end training lifecycle.
- Demonstrates an interest in moving into a delivery-focused training role.
- Good understanding of internal systems and processes.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve learning experiences.
