- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the 'Undertakings' for our O-Licence.

- Successfully leading complex H&S investigations and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Designing and implementing robust risk assessments for transport operations.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of H&S regulations beyond just transport-specific ones.

Experienced Transport Manager (CPC Holder)

- A deep, practical understanding of day-to-day fleet operations, driver management, and vehicle maintenance from a compliance perspective, often gained through direct operational experience.

- Successfully managing an O-Licence for a significant fleet size.
- Proven ability to manage driver hours and tachograph compliance in a live operational setting.
- Strong relationships with workshop teams and a practical understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Experience dealing with DVSA officers during roadside stops or site visits.
