From Safety Auditor (L2)
2-3 years at L2Skills to master
- Leading complex investigations, mentoring junior staff, presenting to senior stakeholders, designing audit protocols, and taking ownership of entire audit workstreams.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers high-quality audit reports with minimal supervision.
- Has successfully led several moderate incident investigations.
- Is regularly sought out by peers for advice or informal guidance.
- Demonstrates strong initiative in identifying and proposing process improvements.

From EHS Advisor / Specialist (external)
5-7 years in EHS roles, with significant audit exposureSkills to master
- Adapting to our specific audit methodologies and EHS management systems, demonstrating strong regulatory interpretation for our industry, and proving the ability to lead independent audits from end-to-end.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a track record of implementing and auditing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Can demonstrate experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Possesses strong communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Is comfortable with travel and working autonomously on site.

From Quality Assurance Auditor (with Safety focus)
6-8 years in Quality, with 2-3 years in safety-related auditsSkills to master
- Deepening knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, mastering specific safety audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001), and developing expertise in incident investigation and risk assessment specific to safety.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a strong understanding of management system auditing (e.g., ISO 9001, 19011).
- Can demonstrate experience with risk-based auditing and corrective action management.
- Has actively sought out safety-specific training or projects in previous roles.
- Shows a genuine passion for safety and protecting people.
