- Can effectively deliver toolbox talks and basic H&S inductions.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of ISO 45001 principles in daily work.

3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Operational understanding of hazards, managing team safety performance, conducting frontline risk assessments, enforcing safety rules, basic incident response. This path brings invaluable practical experience.
You're ready to move on when
- Leads a team with a strong safety record and positive safety culture.
- Proactively identifies and addresses hazards within their operational area.
- Effectively conducts team safety briefings and ensures compliance with SOPs.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills in a safety context.

Junior H&S Consultant
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Exposure to diverse industries and H&S challenges, client-facing communication, audit preparation, policy development, project management in H&S contexts. You'll have seen a lot of different ways of doing things.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed multiple H&S projects for different clients.
- Can confidently advise clients on ISO 45001 compliance and best practices.
- Strong ability to quickly grasp new operational contexts and identify H&S risks.
- Excellent report writing and client presentation skills.
