- Received strong feedback on your ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus.
- Demonstrated a clear understanding of the strategic implications of our climate targets and roadmap.

8-12 years in a dedicated carbon management consulting role, with project leadership experience.Skills to master
- Translating consulting experience into in-house implementation, adapting to corporate culture, and building internal relationships. You'll need to show you can 'do' as well as 'advise'.

- Managed multiple client engagements focused on GHG accounting, target setting, and decarbonisation strategy.
- Proven ability to deliver practical, implementable solutions, not just theoretical recommendations.
- Experience leading project teams and managing client expectations.
- Strong understanding of various industry sectors and their unique carbon challenges.

8-12 years in a broad environmental management role with significant exposure to carbon.Skills to master
