The percentage of risk data entries and control test results that are free from errors in our GRC platforms.

Target · 98% accuracy or higher

If you enter 100 control test results, we'd expect no more than 2 minor errors, like a wrong date or an incorrect status update. A major error, like misclassifying a critical control, would be a bigger deal.

Control Test Completion Rate

The percentage of assigned control tests that you complete and document within the agreed quarterly deadlines.

If you're given 20 control tests to document by the end of Q1, we expect all 20 to be finished and recorded correctly in the system by then. No excuses, really.

Data Request Turnaround Time

How quickly you respond to and fulfill routine data requests from senior team members.
