- Developed and implemented at least one significant OH programme with measurable impact.

5-7 years in a Head of H&S roleSkills to master
- Enterprise-level risk management, broad H&S legislation, integrating health and safety strategies, and managing a multi-faceted compliance function.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven experience overseeing both health and safety functions for a large workforce.
- Strong understanding of occupational health principles and their integration into a wider H&S strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory relationships and ensure compliance.
- Successfully led significant H&S improvement programmes across multiple sites.

Clinical Lead / Principal OH Advisor in a large, complex organisation
4-6 years as Clinical LeadSkills to master
- Clinical governance, audit and quality assurance, complex case escalation, mentoring senior clinical staff, and contributing to strategic policy development.
You're ready to move on when
- Recognised as a clinical expert and thought leader within their previous organisation.
- Successfully led clinical quality improvement initiatives and mentored senior advisors.
- Contributed significantly to the development and implementation of organisational OH policies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management on clinical best practice and ethical considerations.
