You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeding performance targets for training effectiveness and audit outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Successful management of complex, multi-year training programmes.
- Positive feedback from business unit leaders and internal audit on your strategic contributions.

Head of Learning & Development (with strong compliance focus) from a smaller firm
5-7 years as Head of L&DSkills to master
- Scaling your compliance training expertise to a much larger, more complex organisation. This means adapting your governance, technology, and team structures to a global scale. You'd need to quickly get up to speed on our specific regulatory landscape.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of building and scaling L&D functions, including compliance components.
- Experience managing diverse teams and significant budgets.
- Strong understanding of learning technologies and their strategic application.
- Ability to quickly assimilate and apply knowledge of new regulatory environments.

6-8 years in senior compliance/legal rolesSkills to master
