You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led the global implementation of a new enterprise QMS.
- Consistently achieved zero critical audit findings across multiple major regulatory inspections.
- Built and developed a strong leadership bench within your quality systems organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decisions and shape business strategy.

Head of Regulatory Affairs (L6)
5-10 years at L6Skills to master
- Developing deep expertise in global regulatory strategy, successful product submissions and approvals, and managing complex regulatory challenges. This path requires a strong understanding of the commercial impact of regulatory decisions.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully navigated multiple complex product approvals in major global markets.
- Built strong, credible relationships with key global regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking in anticipating and responding to regulatory changes.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing regulatory team.

General Counsel / Head of Legal (with Compliance Focus)
10+ years at L6/L7Skills to master
- This path is less common but possible if a General Counsel has a very strong background in corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory law. They'd need to build significant operational quality expertise.

- Extensive experience in corporate compliance programmes and regulatory defence.
- Demonstrated ability to translate legal requirements into practical business processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and corporate governance.
