- Managing client relationships, developing and executing multi-channel PR campaigns, managing agency teams, and handling media relations for multiple clients. You'll need to demonstrate how those agency skills translate to an in-house corporate environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a portfolio of 2-3 significant client accounts, exceeding their comms objectives.
- Successfully pitched and secured Tier 1 media coverage for clients consistently.
- Has experience managing a small team of agency consultants.
- Can articulate the difference between agency and in-house comms, showing an understanding of corporate dynamics.
