Regulatory Interpretation Refer all regulatory interpretation questions to your Construction Compliance Manager. Your role is to apply established rules, not interpret new ones. You can interpret standard regulations for routine site activities, but must consult with your manager for complex or ambiguous situations. You'll interpret complex regulations, provide guidance to project teams, and make recommendations on compliance strategies.
Incident Classification & Reporting Gather initial facts and photos for all incidents/near-misses, then pass to your manager for classification and formal reporting. You can classify minor incidents and complete initial formal reports, escalating major incidents to your manager. You'll lead incident investigations, classify all incidents, and ensure all formal reporting to internal and external bodies is accurate and timely.
Procedure Modification No authority to modify any procedures. Follow existing ones strictly. You can propose minor modifications to existing site-specific procedures for manager review and approval. You'll design and implement new site-specific safety procedures and update existing ones, in consultation with project leadership.
