1-2 years as a dedicated CI Analyst.Skills to master
- Data gathering and basic analysis, process mapping, supporting Kaizen events, learning CI methodologies, and strong documentation skills.
You're ready to move on when
- You've consistently delivered accurate data and process maps.
- You've actively contributed to multiple CI projects, showing initiative.
- You've taken ownership of your learning and applied new CI concepts effectively.
- Your attention to detail in data and process documentation is excellent.

2-3 years in a technical role within Operations (e.g., Process Engineer, Quality Engineer).Skills to master
