- Consistently high PPM completion rates and low reactive call volumes for your assigned tasks.
- Positive feedback from Facilities Managers on your proactive issue identification and problem-solving.
- Successful handling of routine tenant queries and minor contractor disputes without escalation.

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of UK Health & Safety, compliance, and contractor management. You'll need to show us you've already mastered the fundamentals.

- Proven track record of managing building services in previous roles, with strong references.
- Ability to articulate complex FM scenarios and solutions during interviews.
- A portfolio of successful projects or initiatives you've led or significantly contributed to.
