Operations Team Lead / Manager (BPO)
Around 8-10 years managing large operational teams in a BPO, with a strong focus on driving agent performance, meeting SLAs, and implementing performance improvement plans.Skills to master
- Direct people management, coaching and feedback, real-time performance monitoring (WFM tools), understanding of operational levers and client SLAs, managing performance under pressure.
