- Understanding of BPO operations, client interaction, problem-solving, adherence to scripts/processes, handling sensitive information. You'd have seen first-hand how rules impact day-to-day work.

- Excellent record of adherence to call scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Strong ability to handle sensitive customer data securely and confidentially.
