- Consistently hitting budget targets for your single asset.
- Successfully delivering multiple CapEx projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrable ability to mentor and develop junior facilities staff.
- Proactive identification and resolution of operational risks for your building.

From Assistant Regional Operations Manager
2-4 years in an Assistant Regional roleSkills to master
- Supporting regional strategy, managing smaller sub-portfolios, assisting with regional vendor management, and contributing to broader operational improvements.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed a small cluster of properties or a specific operational function across a region.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to regional budget planning and cost control initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regional vendor contracts and performance management.

From Specialist Role (e.g., Energy Manager, Project Manager)
5-8 years in a specialist role, plus 2-3 years in a broader FM capacitySkills to master
