The pathway
How you actually get there, here
How you become one varies far more by country than what one does. This is the UK route. Most people take one of these ways in; the right one depends on where you're starting from.

You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering events on time and within budget.
- Receiving positive feedback from clients and vendors on your leadership.
- Proactively identifying and solving complex production issues.
- Starting to contribute ideas for creative concepts beyond execution.
- 2

- Experience managing external agencies and internal teams.
- A clear interest and some experience in event or experiential marketing.
