- Consistently identified and proposed solutions to recurring operational issues.
- Actively contributed to the team's knowledge base and informally helped new joiners.
- Demonstrated strong ownership of assigned systems and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Software Engineer (with strong Ops focus)
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of application architecture, CI/CD pipeline development, observability tooling from a developer's perspective, and a keen interest in infrastructure automation.
You're ready to move on when
- Owned the deployment and operational aspects of a significant software service.
- Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications.
- Demonstrated strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go) for automation.
- Proactively engaged with infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and performance.

System Administrator / Network Engineer (Cloud Transition)
4-5 yearsSkills to master
- Translating on-premise infrastructure knowledge to cloud equivalents, mastering Infrastructure as Code, understanding cloud security models, and adopting DevOps methodologies.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully migrated on-premise workloads to a public cloud platform.
- Gained significant experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Demonstrated a strong understanding of cloud networking and security principles.
- Actively participated in cloud transformation projects and championed automation.
