5-7 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Deep technical expertise across multiple cloud platforms, designing complex enterprise architectures, influencing technical strategy, and mentoring large groups of engineers. This path requires a significant pivot to leadership and management.

- Architected and overseen the deployment of multiple critical cloud-native applications.
- Recognised as a technical authority and mentor across the organisation.
- Developed and championed enterprise-wide cloud architectural standards.

4-6 years in previous roleSkills to master

- Successfully led 3+ major cloud transformation programmes for large clients.
