- Demonstrating strong risk management and compliance adherence within your branch.
- Successfully leading complex projects or initiatives beyond your immediate office scope.

16-20 years total industry experience, with 5-7 years in a similar leadership roleSkills to master
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and P&L for a significant business unit, ability to quickly adapt to a new firm's culture and systems, strong external network of advisors and clients.

- Demonstrable success in driving regional growth and profitability at a competitor.
- Ability to articulate a clear vision for how you'd lead our region and integrate into our firm.

15-20 years total experience, with 5+ years in a senior strategic roleSkills to master
- Deep understanding of wealth management products and market dynamics, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, ability to translate strategy into sales execution, experience influencing sales teams.

- Successfully launched and scaled significant financial products or services.
- Proven ability to analyse market trends and develop compelling business cases for growth.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with sales leadership and drive commercial outcomes.
