You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting 110%+ of your individual targets for at least 4-6 consecutive quarters.
- Receiving consistent positive feedback from Account Executives on the quality and qualification of your opportunities.
- Proactively taking on informal mentorship roles, helping new hires ramp up and improve their call skills.
- Demonstrating the ability to independently manage complex accounts and navigate challenging prospect conversations.
- Actively contributing to team strategy and sharing best practices without being asked.

Field Sales Representative to Senior Telesales Executive (L3)
3-5 years in a field sales roleSkills to master
- Adapting field sales experience to a high-volume, phone-based environment, mastering concise articulation, and quickly qualifying leads without in-person cues.

- Proven track record of hitting targets in a field sales role, demonstrating strong sales fundamentals.
- Ability to articulate how your field sales experience translates to a remote, phone-based environment.
- A clear understanding of the differences in sales cycle and communication style required for telesales.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and methodologies specific to inside sales.
