- Consistently meeting call volume and customer satisfaction targets.
- Strong ability to de-escalate difficult situations and maintain a professional tone.
- Experience with navigating CRM systems and logging customer interactions accurately.
- A desire to transition from service to a more proactive, sales-focused role.

- Strong academic record (showing you can learn), excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and a demonstrable eagerness to enter the professional world of sales. Often, a part-time job during studies helps here.
