- Initiating conversations with strangers, understanding customer needs, basic objection handling, closing small sales, working towards daily/weekly targets. You're used to a fast-paced environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting or exceeding your personal sales targets in retail.
- Showing initiative in engaging with customers and upselling/cross-selling.
- A clear desire to transition from transactional sales to a more consultative, B2B approach.
- Comfortable with the idea of phone-based communication as a primary channel.
