- Proactively mentoring junior AEs and sharing best practices.
- Successfully navigating internal client politics on larger deals.

5-7 yearsSkills to master
- While focused on smaller deals, you'd have taken on increasingly complex accounts or projects, showing a clear aptitude for strategic selling and executive engagement. You'd have pushed beyond transactional sales.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully upsold/cross-sold into larger divisions of existing accounts.
- Consistently demonstrating strong business acumen and value articulation.
- Seeking out opportunities to shadow senior AEs on enterprise deals.
- Taking initiative to learn enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).

6-8 yearsSkills to master
- Deep technical understanding of our solutions combined with a growing commercial awareness. You'd have been heavily involved in the technical aspects of enterprise deals, and now want to own the full sales cycle.

- Consistently leading technical discovery and solution design for complex enterprise clients.
- Demonstrating strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
