Junior R&D Engineer (from other disciplines)
2-4 years in R&D, then 1-2 years in testingSkills to master
- Transitioning from design to validation mindset, understanding testing methodologies, statistical analysis, hands-on lab skills, defect analysis.

- Shows a keen interest in product reliability and quality.
- Has a methodical approach to problem-solving.
