- Quality control processes, non-conformance management, root cause analysis for quality issues, understanding ISO 9001, conducting internal audits.

- Proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Strong analytical skills in quality data.
- Experience with CAPA management in a quality context.
- Can clearly articulate the link between quality and overall business risk.
