Building Controls Specialist / BMS Architect (External Hire)

- Deep expertise in a specific BAS platform (e.g., Metasys, Desigo), advanced programming and integration skills, and experience in designing large-scale control networks. You'd be bringing deep vendor-specific knowledge.

- Has a portfolio of successfully designed and commissioned large-scale BMS projects.
- Possesses expert-level certifications in at least one major BAS platform.
- Can demonstrate experience in integrating disparate building systems using open protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
