0-2 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting existing practical skills to a commercial building context, understanding FM processes, statutory compliance awareness.
You're ready to move on when
- Shows a good understanding of basic tools and repairs.
- Quickly grasps the importance of formal processes (e.g., Permits to Work).
- Communicates effectively with tenants and contractors.

Customer Service / Front Desk Role (Internal Move)
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Developing practical skills, understanding building systems, managing reactive work flows, H&S compliance.
You're ready to move on when
- Excellent understanding of tenant needs and building operations from a front-line perspective.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills (transferable).
- Demonstrates a keen interest in the technical aspects of the building.
