- You're actively mentoring junior colleagues and they're thriving under your guidance.
- You consistently propose solutions that go beyond your immediate remit, showing strategic thinking.

Operations Manager (with strong Safety/Compliance focus)
5-7 years in Operations before moving to Risk Control ManagerSkills to master
- Deep understanding of operational processes, managing teams and budgets, driving production targets, and demonstrating a strong personal commitment to safety and compliance within that operational context. You'd need to show you can balance output with risk.
You're ready to move on when
- You've consistently met operational targets while maintaining an excellent safety record.
- You've actively championed safety initiatives within your operational team.
- You've successfully managed a team of 10+ people.
- You've demonstrated a keen interest in the 'why' behind compliance, not just the 'what'.
