6-12 months to adapt to quality-specific processes.Skills to master
- Adapting existing organisational skills to regulated documentation, understanding quality terminology, learning QMS software.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully manages document control tasks with minimal supervision.
- Can explain the 'why' behind specific quality procedures.
- Has taken initiative to learn about ISO standards or industry regulations.

Laboratory/Production Support Role
6-12 months to transition from operational to quality assurance focus.Skills to master
- Applying practical understanding of processes to documentation, attention to detail in a new context, understanding regulatory impact.
You're ready to move on when
- Translates operational knowledge into accurate quality records.
- Identifies potential non-conformances based on process observation.
- Shows strong adherence to new, unfamiliar procedures.
