Internal Transfer from Production/Warehouse
1-2 years (in previous role)Skills to master
- Transitioning from 'doing' to 'checking', understanding quality standards from a different perspective, learning QMS/ERP systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Deep knowledge of our production processes and potential defect points.
- A clear desire to move into a quality-focused role and learn new skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in previous roles.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Apprenticeship Programme
2-3 years (including apprenticeship)Skills to master
- All core QC Assistant responsibilities, combined with formal theoretical knowledge of quality management principles.
You're ready to move on when
- Successful completion of all apprenticeship modules and practical assessments.
- Application of theoretical knowledge to real-world quality problems.
- Strong performance reviews from both workplace mentor and educational provider.
