3-5 years in a Sourcing or Category Management roleSkills to master
- Deep expertise in a specific category (e.g., IT, Marketing, Logistics), strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage the full sourcing lifecycle from strategy to contract.

- Successful management of complex sourcing projects, delivering significant savings or value.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers during the sourcing process.
- Experience transitioning newly sourced suppliers into effective ongoing relationships.
- A clear understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and its application.

3-4 years in a consulting firm focused on procurement or supply chain strategySkills to master
