3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Aircraft interior knowledge, precise loading/unloading of catering/cleaning supplies, understanding of aircraft access points, time management under pressure.
You're ready to move on when
- Exceptional attention to detail in aircraft preparation.
- A strong understanding of how your role impacts the overall turnaround time.
- Proactive communication with other ground teams.
- Taking initiative to solve minor logistical issues during your tasks.

Operations Assistant (Airside)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Basic flight scheduling systems, data entry accuracy, coordination with airport authorities, understanding of airside regulations, administrative support for ground ops.
