You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed and closed 5+ Green Belt projects with measurable impact.
- Consistently sought out and taken on more complex problem-solving assignments.
- Received positive feedback from managers and peers on your ability to drive change and influence without authority.
- Demonstrated a proactive approach to learning new methodologies and tools.

From Technical Operations Role (e.g., Production Engineer, Logistics Analyst) with Black Belt
5-7 years in a technical role + 1-2 years as a certified Black BeltSkills to master
- Transitioning from a purely technical problem-solver to a change leader, developing strong project management skills, and a broader understanding of end-to-end operational processes.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully applied Black Belt methodology to solve significant problems within your previous technical domain.
- Demonstrated a desire to work on cross-functional problems rather than just within your silo.
- Proven ability to teach or mentor others on process improvement techniques.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
