- Successfully mentored at least 2-3 Green Belts to certification.

- Demonstrating strong influence skills across multiple departments without direct authority.

- A robust portfolio of successful Master Black Belt projects from previous roles.
- Proven experience in setting up and running continuous improvement programmes.
- Demonstrable experience in training and certifying Black/Green Belts.
- Strong references highlighting leadership, influence, and impact.
- A clear understanding of how to integrate into a new organisation and drive change effectively.
