- Frequently helps new operators or troubleshoots minor issues for others.

- Demonstrates natural leadership qualities, even without a formal title.

Graduate Trainee (Operations Programme)
1-2 years in a structured graduate programme, rotating through different operational areas.Skills to master
- Exposure to various manufacturing functions, project management basics, data analysis, understanding of business processes, formal leadership training.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed all rotations and projects within the graduate programme.
- Received positive feedback from managers across different departments.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and apply theoretical knowledge.
- Expressed a clear interest and aptitude for front-line operational leadership.

Military Service Leaver (with relevant technical/leadership roles)
4-6 years of military service in a technical or command role.Skills to master
- Exceptional discipline, leadership under pressure, problem-solving in dynamic environments, adherence to strict procedures, team motivation.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong references from commanding officers regarding leadership and technical competence.
- Successfully managed teams or complex equipment in challenging situations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to civilian work culture and translate military skills.
- Holds relevant technical qualifications or certifications from their service.
