Production Operator / Technician
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of specific production processes, ability to identify common defects, strong problem-solving mindset from an operational perspective, basic quality documentation.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrated interest in quality improvement within their previous role.
- Already familiar with product specifications and common failure modes.
- Can clearly articulate process issues and potential solutions.
- Has completed any internal quality training offered to production staff.
