Production Operator (from another industry)
0-2 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting to our specific processes, understanding our product quality standards, learning our equipment.
You're ready to move on when
- Quickly mastering new workstation procedures and becoming fully independent.
- Identifying and escalating issues effectively without constant supervision.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of our specific production flow.
- Becoming a reliable and trusted member of the production team.

Warehouse / Logistics Assistant
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding the flow of materials into and out of production, basic inventory management, machine operation (if applicable).
You're ready to move on when
- Strong understanding of our internal material handling processes.
- Ability to operate basic material handling equipment safely.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
- Showing initiative to learn about the production side of the business.
