- Successfully led 3+ Green Belt projects with validated savings.
- Consistently met project deadlines and objectives.
- Recognised by peers and managers for strong analytical skills and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority on project teams.

Operations Analyst / Engineer (with CI focus)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep domain expertise in a specific operational area (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, customer service), combined with a strong analytical toolkit and a passion for process optimisation. You'd have applied CI principles in your day-to-day role.
You're ready to move on when
- Identified and solved significant operational problems within your functional area.
- Proactively suggested and implemented process improvements that delivered measurable benefits.
- Strong command of operational data and reporting within your domain.
- Completed an internal or external Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

External Consultant (Process Excellence)
5-8 yearsSkills to master
- Experience across multiple industries or clients, exposure to diverse operational challenges, and a proven ability to quickly diagnose problems and implement solutions in new environments. Strong client-facing and presentation skills are key.

- Managed multiple client engagements focused on operational improvement.
- Developed and delivered comprehensive process improvement strategies for clients.
- Excellent ability to adapt to new organisational cultures and quickly build rapport.
