The pathway
How you actually get there, here
How you become one varies far more by country than what one does. This is the UK route. Most people take one of these ways in; the right one depends on where you're starting from.

You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeding regional COPQ and defect reduction targets.
- Successfully leading significant regional quality improvement programmes.
- Developing and promoting talent within your regional quality team.
- Effective management of regional regulatory audits with no major findings.
- 2

- Driving significant improvements in CAPA effectiveness and closure rates globally.
- Establishing robust global data integrity and reporting frameworks for quality.

- Extensive experience in interpreting and applying complex international regulations.
