- Successfully resolving routine shipping or customs issues independently.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of our core manufacturing processes and supply chain flows.

Logistics Specialist / Coordinator (from another company)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation. You'd need to quickly pick up our specific ERP system and internal manufacturing processes.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing complex international shipments from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of global trade compliance and customs regulations.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to different company cultures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for logistics challenges.

- Expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and understanding material lead times. You'd need to quickly get up to speed on the physical movement of goods and manufacturing processes.
