- Consistently exceeding performance targets as an L3 coordinator.
- Successfully trained and mentored at least two L1/L2 coordinators to full proficiency.
- Identified and implemented at least one significant process improvement that yielded measurable benefits.

8-12 years of relevant experienceSkills to master
- Transferable skills in team leadership, operational planning, incident management, and process optimisation. You'll need to quickly learn our specific systems and operational nuances.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing teams of 5+ in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience with similar ERP, WMS, or Fleet Management systems.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new operational contexts and build credibility with a new team.

Shift Manager / Production Supervisor (from manufacturing/logistics)
7-10 years of experienceSkills to master
- Leadership, process control, quality management, and resource scheduling. You'll need to adapt your experience from a production line to a more dynamic, less predictable ground operations environment.

- Experience managing a team and hitting production/output targets.
- Strong background in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage safety and quality standards.
- A clear understanding of how to translate production metrics into operational efficiency.
