You'll use this to manage trade transactions, assign compliance rules, and track shipments within the system. It's a key platform for our trade operations.

E2open / Amber Road Basic

You'll use this platform for restricted party screening and to look up trade content like tariffs and regulations. It's a reference point and a screening tool.

Entry Filing Timeliness
The percentage of customs entries (import/export declarations) that are filed with our customs brokers within our agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Target · 99% of entries filed within 48 hours of goods arrival/departure instruction.

If we send 50 shipment instructions to our broker in a week, you'd make sure 49 of them have all the necessary compliance data submitted within two days. This keeps goods from sitting at the port.

Denied Party Screening (DPS) Completion Time
The average time it takes to complete a routine denied party screening and clear it for shipment, from request to resolution.
