- You've successfully managed several small, independent system tasks or process improvements.
- You consistently deliver accurate reports and maintain system data integrity.

3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of quality processes (CAPA, Deviation, Change Control), experience in audit support, and a strong regulatory background. You'll have seen the practical side of quality management.
You're ready to move on when
- You've actively participated in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support.
- You've led or significantly contributed to root cause investigations for quality events.
- You're highly familiar with GxP regulations and how they apply to operational processes.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Technical troubleshooting, system integration knowledge, understanding of IT infrastructure, and experience supporting validated systems. You'll bring a strong technical foundation.
